Weyburn RCMP were busy this past weekend with a fatal 3 vehicle crash and a semi-trailer rollover.

On Saturday afternoon, two east bound vehicles and one west bound vehicle collided on Highway 13, 11 miles east of Weyburn, which killed two people at the scene, and one of the vehicles caught fire.

RCMP are working with the coroner’s office to identify the occupants of one of the vehicles.

Then on Sunday morning, a semi-trailer carrying butane rolled over on Highway 13, 8 miles west of Weyburn.

Nothing spilled or leaked and cleanup efforts were made to the site.
