The Yorkton’s Salvation Army Kettle Campaign has officially kicked off.

Roy Bladen of the Salvation Army is hoping to raise roughly the same amount of money this year, as the campaign rose last year, which was over $100-thousand.

Kettles are set up at five locations in the city, Parkland Mall, Walmart, Save On Foods, Superstore, and at the Government Liquor Store.

Residents can give a donation by cash or by card at any of the kettle locations.
