Two Kawacatoose First Nation men have appeared in court again on charges stemming from an alleged assault. 20-year-old Talon Worme and 28-year-old Jesse Worme will return October 25th, in Punnichy. On May 6th, Punnichy RCMP received a report of an assault on the Kawacatoose First nation. A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
