Another Liberal Minority

The Liberals will once again form a minority government. Last night’s election saw the Grits take 158 seats, up from 157. The Tories lost 2, going from 121 to 119. The NDP got 25, the Bloc 34 and the Greens 2. Locally, it was a Conservative sweep in the 4 ridings in our broadcast area. Cathay Wagantall in Yorkton-Melville, Andrew Scheer in Regina-Qu’Appelle, Robert Kitchen in Souris Moose Mountain and Dan Mazier in Dauphin-Swan River-Neepawa all retained their seats easily.
