STAMPEDERS 2, KINGS 3 (OT)
Garrett Hrechka scored 1:22 into overtime to lead the Dauphin Kings to a 3-2 overtime win on Saturday night over the Dauphin Kings.
Riley Borody and Mason Smith also scored for the Kings, while Callum Halls and Thomas Gazich replied for for the visiting Stampeders’ who fell to 2-2-1 on the season.
Keaton Woolsey made 21 stops in the win for the Kings, while Loic Mainguy-Crepault made 34 saves in his MJHL debut for Swan Valley.
The Stampeders’ return to action on the road on Friday visiting the Steinbach Pistons.
