Canada’s health minister has spoken about when COVID-19 vaccines will be available for children under 12. Patty Hajdu says federal officials are waiting for the vaccine companys to submit applications for the 5 to 11 year old group, which will then be reviewed. She also says federal officials are working on requests from Saskatchewan and Alberta on allowing the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
