Trial Set For Yorkton Man Charged With Kidnapping

A new court date has been set for one of three men, arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Yorkton.

Mounties say on September 7th, a man was walking in an alley near Independent Street, when he was pulled into a vehicle.

The victim was taken to a garage and threatened with firearms, before he was released.

34-year-old Scott Cook of Yorkton was in today, where he was remanded in custody for his trial in March.

His co-acccused, 30-year-old Tyson Ledoux of Regina, returns to court next Monday, while 34-year-old Dustin Kennedy of Yorkton, is back in court for his trial in February.
