Natural Gas Service Cut In Western Manitoba

Manitoba Hydro had to shut off the flow of natural gas to several areas of the Parkland including Roblin, Dauphin and Russell after a contractor damaged a pipeline yesterday. There were no injuries, and there’s no threat to communities or residents. The pipeline is owned by Manitoba Hydro, and crosses the Saskatchewan boundary to feed the local distribution system. Repairs could take up to 3 days.
