Winter storm warnings have been issued for most of our region, including Yorkton, Melville, Dauphin and Minnedosa. We can expect anywhere from 5 to 10 cm today, and another 5 cm tonight before the system pushes out of the region. Gusty winds will cause blowing and drifting overnight, meaning there will be blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibilities. Before heading out on the roads, check the highway hotline.
