A winter storm warning is in place for many parts of our region, as a Colorado Low rolls through. Areas include Yorkton, Swan River and Dauphin, and while the immediate Yorkton region cold get 5 cm, some locations could get up to 20 by the time the system moves out. Strong northerly winds will cause blowing and drifting in open areas as well. The snow won’t be with us long, and temperatures are forecast to rebound Thursday, with a high of 6 Friday.
