The Winter Lights Festival has arrived in Canora. The festival opens today, and will run until December 1st, which will also include a Rainbow Hall Christmas Market, sleigh rides, and the unveiling of the town of Canora Lights. Mayor Mike Kwas says there are plenty of events taking place during the festival, including a Skate with Santa tomorrow, and a story-time with Santa on Monday.
