Canada’s provincial and territorial leaders wrapped up three days of meetings in Saskatoon, and Saskatchewan’s Scott Moe talked to his colleagues again on where Saskatchewan stands in regards to Ottawa’s carbon tax. Moe says each province should be able to address emissions without the federal government stepping in. Other topics included energy pipelines, and the Buy America policies in the U.S.
