Another court appearance has been made by a Regina man, charged in connection with a death in Punnichy.

On April 22nd, Mounties received a report of an injured female at a home in the town.

31-year-old Kihaw Fox of the Piapot First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene.

28-year-old Ethan Sunshine will stand trial by jury for Second Degree Murder in Regina Court of King’s Bench in December of next year.

He remains in custody, with his next pretrial appearance set for February 9th.
