Another court appearance has been made by a Regina man, charged in connection with a death in Punnichy.

On April 22nd of last year, Mounties received a report of an injured female at a home in the village.

31-year-old Kihaw Fox, of the Piapot First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene.

28-year-old Ethan Sunshine will stand trial by jury for Second Degree Murder in December, in Regina Court of King’s Bench.

He remains in custody, with his next appearance set for May 15.
