Over the May long weekend, Yorkton RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision.

At 3:30 PM Monday afternoon, Officers, the Yorkton Fire Department, and EMS responded to the crash at Lincoln Avenue and Broadway Street West intersection.

Investigation determined that a car and an SUV collided, and the driver of the car was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. However, two passengers in the car were taken to hospital with serious injuries. 

The driver of the SUV was treated on the scene by EMS.

Yorkton RCMP continues to investigate.
