Another court appearance for two men charged in connection with an electronics theft from a Dauphin business earlier this year.

34-year-old Florin Chelu appeared in Dauphin Tuesday, and will be back in Dauphin Court on July 23.

Meanwhile, 49-year-old Vasile Mazarche also appeared, and admitted to five theft and stolen property charges, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail, to be followed by three years of probation, and he must forfeit the seized items.

On April 17, Dauphin RCMP were called to the Main Street business, where they say two men stole a number of electronics worth about $12,000 from the store before fleeing in a black SUV, that picked up a third man.

The trio was later arrested during a traffic stop in Riding Mountain National Park.
