An Oxbow man charged with second degree murder, has appeared in court again.

24-year-old Taylor Japp was in Carlyle Provincial Court Wednesday, and was remanded in custody to July 24.

His co-accused, 27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough, is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and he will be back in Estevan Court on August 12.

On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes, of Oxbow, was found at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.
