A new court date has been set for a Calder man charged with Second Degree Murder.
Earlier this month, 49-year-old Curtis Sokoloski was committed for trial in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench, and a pretrial appearance has been set for September 26.
In addition to the murder charge, he is also charged with Committing an Indiginity to a Body.
Last June, Mounties were called to a home in the Calder district, to conduct a wellness check on 61-year-old Bentley Baumung, and he was found dead.
The next day, Sokoloski was arrested in Russell.
