A man accused of making an online threat to the Yorkton Regional High School, has appeared in court again.

22-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, will be back in Yorkton Provincial Court on August 22.

His co-accused,25-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, had previously admitted his guilt,and his sentencing is set for decision on September 23 in Yorkton.

In March of last year, there was a report of a threat to the Yorkton Regional High School, but police determined there was no danger posed to students or staff.
