A woman charged in connection with a death on the Pine Creek First Nation, has admitted her guilt.

In June of 2022,, Winnipegosis RCMP were called to a reported stabbing at Pine Creek.

They found an injured 51-year-old man, who was taken to hospital, but died from his wounds.

42-year-old Sheryl Thompson has pleaded guilty to Manslaughter, and will return to court in Dauphin on October 8.
