Ste Rose RCMP have a man in custody and are searching for another.

On August 31st at 6:00 PM, Mounties were made aware of a video circulating on Facebook showing a male with a firearm on his front porch looking at an RCMP officer making threats about killing the officer while he was at another residence in the Ebb and Flow First Nation.

29-year-old Germaine Beaulieu was arrested and charged with Uttering threats Against a Person, Possession of a Firearm, and remains in custody.

They are still searching for 29-year-old Keith Racette, who is wanted for the same charges; it is believed he is still in the area or travelled to Winnipeg.

He is described as 5’9, 194 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes, with a large tattoo on the left side of his neck and a large birthmark on his left cheek.
