Sentencing has been handed down to a Dauphin man, found guilty of Manslaughter.

In July of 2021, Dauphin RCMP received a report of a wounded 33-year-old man, who had knocked on the door of a home, seeking help.

The victim was taken to hospital, but he later died from his injuries.

In Dauphin Court yesterday (Tue), 33-year-old Cheyenne Beaulieu was sentenced to 6-and-a-half years in prison, less the time he’s already served in custody.
