Another court appearance has been made by a Dauphin man, arrested in connection with an assault in the city.

30-year-old Shayne Lavallee will be back in Dauphin November 26.

On the evening of January 3, Mounties were called to an apartment building, on a report of two men fighting in a hallway.

Police say one man became aggressive when being arrested, and while being placed into cells, the suspect allegedly assaulted and spit on officers.
