Another court appearance has been made by a man, arrested in connection with a death on the Birdtail Sioux Dakota Nation.

29-year-old Michael Hanska was in Virden Friday, charged with Second Degree Murder.

He was remanded in custody to December 13.

On January 23, the Manitoba First Nations Police Service was called to a report of an injured man at a home on the reserve, and they found a 40-year-old man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
