An update in the case of a Moose Lake, Manitoba woman charged in connection with a June, 2022 death in that community.

The Second Degree Murder trial of 28-year-old Rosemary McNabb wrapped up Monday in The Pas Court of King’s Bench, and she has been remanded in custody to January 20, when closing arguments will be delivered.

On June 4, 2022, Moose Lake RCMP responded to a report of a deceased 24-year-old woman at a home in the community, with the investigation leading to McNabb’s arrest.

The case was originally to be tried by jury, but McNabb re-elected to a trial by judge alone.
