A new court date has been set for a Lloydminster man, arrested in connection with a murder and two assaults in Margo.

57-year-old Brian McLeod had his matters heard in Yorkton Friday, where he was remanded in custody for his trial, which starts on December 9.

On Christmas Eve, 2022, Wadena RCMP were called to Margo, where they located a woman and an infant, who were both injured, as well as a deceased woman at an adjacent home.

The deceased woman was identified as 51-year-old Sharon Littlewolfe, whom the suspect had been in a relationship with.
