A Regina man charged following an armed robbery in McLean, remains in custody after making another court appearance.

53-year-old Shahn Hunter appeared in Indian Head Tuesday, charged with Armed Robbery, Possession of a Weapon and Driving While Prohibited, and he’ll return to Regina Court December 23.

On September 28, Indian Head RCMP were called out to a business on Main Street in McLean, where they say a lone man, wielding an edged weapon, entered the business and took money from the cash register, before leaving the scene in a vehicle.

File Hills Police Service members assisting in the investigation located the vehicle, and arrested the driver.
