Manitoba Hydro has resumed normal billing, but mail delays persist due to Canada Post’s backlog. 

Customers missing their December bill can sign up for an online account at hydro.mb.ca/signup, call 1-888-624-9376, or wait for their January bill. 

Late payment charges remain waived, and any delayed November bills can be disregarded. 

Automated reminders for paper bill customers are suspended, and Manitoba Hydro thanks customers for their patience.
