Canora RCMP is investigating a break-in at the municipal office in Rama, Saskatchewan, reported on August 2nd. Authorities say the incident occurred between July 28th and August 2nd, during which unknown suspect(s) stole credit cards and cash.
Through their investigation, Canora RCMP enlisted the help of Saskatchewan RCMP crime analysts, who believe this case may be connected to other municipal offices and small business break-ins across southern and central Saskatchewan in recent years.
A suspect, described as a man over 40 years old, has been observed at several of these incidents. He is often seen with his face covered or wearing a hood and gloves.
