New Court Date for Man Accused of Murder on Yellow Quill First Nation

A man arrested in connection with a death on the Yellow Quill First Nation, has made another court appearance.

On August 18, Rose Valley RCMP received a report of an injured woman at a home on the reserve.

24-year-old Terrance Tony-Kishayinew was pronounced dead at the scene.

26-year-old Cole Smokeyday appeared in Rose Valley Court yesterday (Wed) on three charges, including Second Degree Murder, and he was remanded in custody to next Wednesday.
