A new court date has been set for a man accused of being involved in the killing of an Oxbow woman.

27-year-old Tyler Shaw is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and in Estevan Provincial Court Monday, he had his matter adjourned to February 10.

His co-accused, 24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow, is charged with Second Degree Murder, and he returns to court in Carlyle in June, for a Preliminary Hearing.

They are charged in connection with the death of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes, whose body was discovered at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain on April 25, 2024.
