Well over 100 people turned out for a rally in downtown Yorkton today (Sun), in support of Ukraine, following its invasion by Russia.

Larissa Van Caeseele is the President of the Yorkton branch of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress.

She was overwhelmed by the show of support.

A Yorkton Ukrainian Catholic priest told his parishioners today (Sun), that 30 to 40 villagers near his hometown, laid down in front of Russian tanks, to stop their advance.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress is accepting donations for humanitarian aid in Ukraine, on its website.
