Yorkton Man Receives Prison Time on Drug Trafficking Charges

A 50-year-old Yorkton man has been sentenced to prison time on drug trafficking charges.

In Yorkton this (Thu) morning, Danny McLean received 2-and-a-half years behind bars.

Last June, Mounties conducted a traffic stop in the city, and seized 2 ounces of fentanyl, 3 ounces of cocaine, 250 dilaudid pills, and 98 hydromorphone pills.

A simultaneous search of two homes in the city turned up almost 5-thousand dollars in cash, and other evidence of drug trafficking.
