The only declared candidate for leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada was in Regina today. Pierre Poilievre said he wanted to repeal the carbon tax if he becomes prime minister, and will be holding a freedom rally tonight in Regina for members. The leadership convention is set for September 10th.
