Oil prices took a plunge in North America over the weekend, as Western Canadian Select sits near 26 dollars US per barrel and West Texas Intermediate rests below 35 dollars per barrel.
Energy and Resources Minister Bronwyn Eyre says the Saskatchewan budget has already been finalized, with numbers based on forecasts for the coming year before February 28th.
The provincial budget will be released on March 18th.
