Manitoba saw an increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations over the weekend.

434 Manitobans are in hospital, a jump of 14, while ICU admissions went up by five to 27.

88 new cases of the virus were identified with 40 in Winnipeg, 16 in the South, 15 in Prairie Mountain Health, 12 in the North, and five in Interlake-Eastern.

7,571 cases are active in the province with 1,223 in the Prairie Mountain Health region, and there were another ten deaths.
