An award has been given to the Town of Churchbridge.

As part of the 15th annual Saskatchewan Municipal Awards, the Churchbridge Community Campground received second place.

The campground received the award due to it not only providing economic benefits through tourism, but also by increasing the recreational opportunities for residents.

The Saskatchewan Municipal Awards celebrate the excellent and innovative practices of Saskatchewan’s municipal governments.
