A man charged with Second Degree Murder in connection with a death in Gilbert Plains, has appeared in court again.

40-year-old David Genaille was in Dauphin yesterday (Mon), where he was remanded in custody for his trial, starting June 23rd.

The investigation began In May of 2019, when Mounties were called to a home in Gilbert Plains on a report of a stabbing.

They found a wounded 36-year-old man, who succumbed to his injuries on scene.
