The second of two men accused of making an online threat against the Yorkton Regional High School, has been released from custody.

21-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, was in Yorkton today (Fri), on one count of Uttering Threats, but he’ll return to court April 17th

His co-accused, 24-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, returns to court April 3rd.

On March 14th, there was a report of a threat to the Yorkton Regional High School, but police determined there was no danger posed to the students or staff.
