SaskEnergy will be conducting a controlled natural gas flare at its Yorkton Town Border Station today (Wed), as part of its routine maintenance.
It’s located on Gladstone Avenue, about half a kilometre south of Queen Street.
Residents and drivers in the area may see a 20-foot flare being emitted from a 60-foot flare stack temporarily attached to the gas line system within the station yard.
The flare will take place between 8 and 9 o’clock this (Wed) morning.
