A Regina man who was being sought after he was released from remand by accident on March 9th has turned himself in.

Regina Police say 49-year-old Codie Cardinal is currently in their custody.

According to the Ministry of Justice yesterday (Wed) Cardinal was supposed to remain in custody for an appearance at Regina Court of Queen’s Bench on additional charges of conspiracy to commit a crime.

However, his release was due to an administrative error.

Back in October of 2018, Cardinal pled guilty to two Trafficking charges stemming from a drug trafficking investigation in the Carlyle area.
