A Yorkton Man Faces New Charges

New charges have been laid against a Yorkton man, arrested after a fatal two-vehicle collision near Melville.
26-year-old Bradley Kormos already faces three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and one count of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, from a two-vehicle collision on Highway 10 near Melville on December 25th, 2018.
He’s been committed to stand trial on those charges in Court of Queen’s Bench at a later date.
He’s also charged with Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Breach of an Undertaking, in connection with an incident in Yorkton last November.
Kormos is now accused of two counts of breaching his release conditions in Yorkton on Saturday, and was remanded in custody for court on Wednesday.
