The City of Yorkton is closing down all of its facilities due to concerns over the coronavirus.
Mayor Bob Maloney says the closures take effect first thing tomorrow (Wed) morning, until further notice.
Facilities that will be affected include the Gallagher Centre, the Kinsmen Arena, the Yorkton Public Library, the Gloria Hayden Community Centre, the Godfrey Dean Cultural Centre, and the Visitor Information Centre on Highway 9.
But Maloney notes City Hall will remain open.
