Starting today (Wed) at 8 a.m. Saskatchewan residents 60-years-old and over can book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
Individuals 60-and-older can make an appointment online at www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19-vaccine or by phone at 1-833-727-5829.
Also eligible, but can only book by phone at this time, are people 50 to 59 years of age living in the Northern Saskatchewan Administration District, all remaining phase 1 health-care workers, and people with underlying health conditions who are clinically extremely vulnerable through an eligibility letter.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority says people with underlying health conditions can book an appointment online if they are 60-and-older and have not booked an appointment yet, otherwise call 1-833-SASKVAX.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is also in the process of connecting with group homes for people with intellectual disabilities, shelters and other congregate living facilities to discuss options for immunization.
