Guilty pleas have been entered by a Yorkton man, accused of committing an attempted armed robbery.
On the evening of December 7th, Mounties were called to the Loaf N’ Jug on Parkview Road, after a female employee was pepper-sprayed.
The suspect demanded cigarettes, but didn’t get any, and fled on foot.
20-year-old Austin Ross admitted to Attempted Armed Robbery and Wearing a Disguise to Commit an Offence in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Wed).
His sentencing was adjourned to November 14th.
