Manitoba health officials are not yet thinking of declaring a state of emergency over the COVID-19 pandemic, although health minister Cam Friesen told a daily briefing on the pandemic that nothing was off the table. Officials also say, as of this morning, there were no new presumptive or confirmed cases, leaving the total at 17.
