832 new cases of COVID-19 were identified in Saskatchewan, according to the weekly provincial update.
The positive cases came from the 6,826 laboratory tests performed in the province, for a weekly test positivity rate of 11.8-percent.
Ten confirmed outbreaks of COVID-19 were reported in long-term care and care home settings, while Saskatchewan saw another 28 deaths due to the virus.
To date, 85.6% of residents five-and-older have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 80.5% are fully vaccinated.
