A Yorkton man arrested in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Melville, has plead guilty to three unrelated charges.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Fri) morning, 27-year-old Bradley Kormos admitted to Assaulting a Police Officer and Breach of an Undertaking, after an incident at a Yorkton bar in the early morning hours of November 24th.
He also plead guilty to another Breach charge last Saturday, for consuming alcohol.
He was sentenced to time already served in custody, followed by one year of probation.
He’s also been committed to stand trial in Court of Queen’s Bench on three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and one count of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, from a two-vehicle collision on Highway 10 near Melville on December 25th, 2018.
