The Town of Canora will be under a precautionary drinking water advisory, effective 8 a.m. tomorrow (Thurs), according to an advisory from the Water Security Agency.

The WSA states the advisory was issued “due to reservoir cleaning therefore, the safety of Canora’s drinking water supply cannot be ensured at all times.”

Until further notice, residents and users are advised to boil water used for consumption, brushing teeth, or washing fruits and vegetables for at least one minute prior to use.
