After announcing a year ago that the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority would be moving into a brand new central office in Saskatoon, today (Fri) was the official ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the new facility.
The 40,880 square foot building will house all of SIGA’s departments under one roof for the first time in nearly 24 years.
The new facility will be home to around 180 employees.
The building also includes a 9,750 square-foot warehouse, where SIGA will do maintenance and service work on the slot machines for their 7 casinos.
